Julve's short film Historia del Desierto has been presented at the Edinburgh Film Festival 2002, Res Fest 2002, the 2002 Sitges Film Festival in Spain and the ICA Film Forum as well as being selected for the 2003 Sundance Film Festival.

Following her MA at the Royal College of Art Julve has advanced her stop motion work, earning her the Passion Picture Prize at the RCA for Fused (2001).

In 1999 Celia wrote and directed Spider, a 16mm sting for BTV Barcelona Television.
