  Since developing the weekly chart music series Chart Bite for Scottish Television Mike Prince has worked as both Director and Designer, creating initial series concept through to set design, titles and content graphics.

Following Chart Bite, a weekly music series, for Scottish Television in 1994 Mike he continued and develop Get It On as a twelve part fashion series in 1995 which he went on to direct in 1996.

For his direction of T In The Park (Scottish Television) Mike gets a Nomination for Bafta Scotland.

Mike has worked as director on Activ8, BBC Network children's sports and activities series, presented by a team of teenagers from around the UK and won Bafta Scotland for Best Children's programme.

Since 1997 Mike has worked on a multitude of travel, fashion, home and children's programmes, amongst others Feeling Good, Holiday, and in 2001 Bombay Blush, The Home Show and Express Yourself.

Bringing together his experience developing series and creating content Mike Prince acted as Producer for the Channel Re-Branding for Scottish & Grampian Television.

In 2002 Mike Prince directed Location, Location, Location for Channel 4, featuring Perth, London, Surrey & Cornwall. For BBC Scotland he directed the 30 Minute documentary Artworks Scotland following Scottish Artist Wendy McMurdo embarking on an ambitious project to photograph The Wrecks of Scapa Flow in Orkney, as well as the Artworks Scotland documentary tribute to writer, director, producer John McGrath and founder of 7:84 Theatre Companies.
